The finalists for the 2026 Scottish Gin Awards and Scottish Rum Awards have been revealed, setting the stage for a celebration of Scotland’s spirits industry at this year’s Scottish Distillers Conference.
Following an extensive judging process, producers and products from across Scotland have been selected as finalists, recognising the quality, creativity and innovation found across the country’s gin and rum sectors.
The winners of both awards will be revealed on Wednesday 7th October 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central, as part of the 4th Annual Scottish Distillers Conference.
The Scottish Gin Awards and Scottish Rum Awards provide a national platform to recognise the producers, products and businesses helping to drive Scotland’s spirits industry.
The awards recognise excellence across a range of categories, celebrating not only outstanding spirits but also the businesses and people behind them.
For every producer reaching the finals, attention now turns to October when the winners will finally be revealed.
For 2026, the Scottish Gin and Rum Awards will form part of a packed day at the Scottish Distillers Conference, bringing together producers, distillers, suppliers and industry professionals for insight, discussion, networking and celebration.
Now in its fourth year, the Scottish Distillers Conference returns with a programme designed to tackle some of the biggest topics facing distillers and spirits businesses today.
Delegates will then hear from industry experts throughout the day, with sessions exploring the state of the distilling industry, consumer and market data, strategies for securing visibility and shelf space, storytelling, flavour innovation and the future of distillery tourism.
